Q - How does it work?

A - It's easy! Place your order online. Place your laundry out on your porch. Let us handle the rest.

Q - What do I put my laundry in?

A -On first service, use a 13-gallon kitchen bag. On return service, we give you bags.

Q - When will my laundry be ready?

A - Our turnaround is within 24 hrs.  However, if an order is placed for pick up for the morning. It will be returned the same day. Place an order the night prior.

Q - How do I schedule for morning pick up?

A - Place an order the night prior. Orders placed after noon will be auto-scheduled for the next morning's pick-up on the next business day. (closed on Sunday).

Q - Service on Sunday?

A - Sunday orders will be fulfilled on Monday morning

Q - Do you separate my clothes?
A - Yes, we separate darks, lights, and whites. Your laundry will not be done with anyone else's.

Q - What services do you offer?
A - We are a door-to-door wash and fold service.

Q - Do I have to provide my own laundry detergent?
A - No, each load gets standard detergent and two dryer sheets per load. Our premium service includes a detergent of your choice. Listed at checkout.

Q - What are your hours of operation?
A - 8 am - 5 pm

Q - Do you treat stains?
A - We do treat stains but cannot guarantee stain removal.

Q - Will you do commercial laundry?
A - Yes, please us the contact form to inquire.
